Type Unbox
If someone asks you what a friend or colleague, not what you say?
“Oh, she’s in sales.”“He is an accountant.”
“It does the billing.” If you think someone from another department sticks her nose in one of your projects, you: “What does he know it’s” actions (label) “Why must we try, all plugged into a box is just as important.? why do we allow others, we can? When it comes to seminars or college student, I often have about how “unbox” types seem to be the happiest people and the most successful people I know are talking about. They do their thing (indeed, “things”) and to enjoy and do. They do not allow limitations or other labels to them. The strategy works because it is almost all the other more complex than a label to work. You can have a son or daughter, friend, team member or leader, parents, volunteers, etc.
But, at work, we want to stay in our own little box. Worse still, some people would not venture out of the box even if they could.
If you have one of those bosses or colleagues on other labels, you are not on some resources from the “free resources” available. Ask for input and active in order to hear the answers . you both good ideas and good will be created.
For those who are afraid or not willing to leave their comfort zone, were you take a chance. They are not only in public relations, customer service, billing, or do you a unique perspective that can benefit your company. Communicate with colleagues, superiors, customers and suppliers. Make them aware that you can improve your business ideas for products, services and processes. If you’re out of your box themselves to be patient and be careful. Some people are comfortable with the new one because of their own problems of self-esteem. offer suggestions and creative ideas anyway. you could end up being otherwise labeled, and finally these good ideas will be accepted.
