But, at work, we want to stay in our own little box. Worse still, some people would not venture out of the box even if they could.

They are not only in public relations, customer service, billing, or do you a unique perspective that can benefit your company. Communicate with colleagues, superiors, customers and suppliers. Make them aware that you can improve your business ideas for products, services and processes. If you’re out of your box themselves to be patient and be careful. Some people are comfortable with the new one because of their own problems of self-esteem. offer suggestions and creative ideas anyway. you could end up being otherwise labeled, and finally these good ideas will be accepted.
